Jason Abrams was born into a musical family, in upstate NY. He left his first teen job at McDonald’s to start a DJ business, which he ran for 14 years. Abrams had his first acting role as one of 1,500 extras in Spielberg’s “War of the Worlds”, where he was invited to join the Screen Actors Guild (SAG-AFTRA). He thought he had made it as an actor when his face appeared on the poster alongside Tom Cruise. But, nope! He has since produced two feature films with his Brooklyn-based company, Time Will Tell Productions. Abrams is passionate about his acting roles, and in between finding opportunities, he creates his own skits for social media and his family group chat. He is best known for his work on “Mad Men”, “The Sopranos”, and “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit”. In his most recent film production “Night Sweats”, Abrams co-stars with John Wesley Shipp (The Flash, Dawson's Creek), playing a neurotic germaphobe. The timely pharmaceutical thriller has won multiple awards in the film festival circuit and is now available on demand.
